NEYA - black dress with neckline and back tie

The dress is made of a slightly stretchy cotton fabric in black. The long puff sleeves are finished at the bottom and top with a gather that fits the arm, but also has a middle section that effectively cuts the sleeve. The sleeves beautifully connect with the back of the blouse through a tie that allows for adjustment in the shoulders. The front neckline is gathered in the center, creating a bow effect and a subtle cut under the bust. On the back, there is a tie, which beautifully decorates the back, and mainly allows for regulation of the dress and perfect adjustment to your waist. Below, the dress has a flared cut finished with a delicate ruffle.
