NEYA - black dress with neckline and tie on the back

Dress made of cotton fabric in black color. Long puffy sleeves are finished at the bottom and top with a welt that adjusts to the hand, but is also located in the middle, effectively cutting off the sleeve. The sleeves are perfectly connected to the back of the blouse through the binding that gives the possibility of adjusting the blouse in the shoulders. The front neckline is gathered in the middle, creating a bow effect and a subtle cut under the bust. At the back, there is a binding that beautifully decorates the back, and mainly gives you the ability to adjust the dress and fit it perfectly to your waist. Below, a dress with a flared cut, sewn around with a delicate frill.
