Off-the-shoulder blouse in a loose fit made of chiffon in a beautiful baby blue shade. The neckline is cut straight with an elastic band sewn in, beautifully exposing the shoulders. It additionally has a front tie, which adjusts the depth of the neckline. The blouse is decorated with ruffles around the neckline and along the front. An elastic gather is sewn at the wrist. At the bottom of the blouse, there are drawstrings inserted into a tunnel, allowing for waist adjustment. The model is slightly elongated at the back.
