How to make a return?
1. Complete the returns form - the link is below. The completed withdrawal form from the Just Unique Regulations contract can be sent by email or attached to the parcel.

2. Pack the returned product(s) (preferably in the original packaging).
3. Send the package to the address provided below or deliver it to a Just Unique boutique in Poznań.

Returned items must be in the same condition as purchased. If gifts were included with the order (e.g., a clothing bag, calendar), these must also be included with the returned order.
What is the return processing time?
Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the email confirming that the order has been shipped. This is an extension of the customer's right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, you will receive the value of the item via the same method of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have all internal and external tags), a transfer will be made to your account within 14 days.
Please note that credit card payments are always subject to your bank's discretion.
What can I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Please contact us. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Justunique.pl reserves the right to reject returns sent or reported by the customer after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
The consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. This declaration may be submitted, for example, in writing to the Seller's address, or via email to the Seller's address.
The declaration can be submitted on the form.
How to exchange a product?
Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product/receipt of the package.
Before shipping the package, please contact us by phone to determine the availability of the model for which you wish to exchange.
Please return the package to the address provided above. The package must contain the replacement model purchased in our store and information about the exchange.
The fee for the package with the exchanged goods is the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of such a package within Poland depends on the chosen courier (PLN 9.99-15.99*). You can include the amount in the package in cash or transfer it to the account below:
